Travel and Holiday claims
We advise insurers and holiday companies on holiday and travel claims, defending both criminal and civil claims arising from incidents abroad. In the event of incidents abroad, we take into account many factors to ensure we make the right decisions from a legal, tactical and commercial standpoint, for example; determining the appropriate jurisdiction; deciding which law to apply and assessing local law (both substantive and procedural).
