Jane has been recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession as a leading Catastrophic Personal Injury Lawyer. She qualified as a solicitor in 1991 since when she has acted on behalf of a wide range of insurers. Jane has extensive experience in handling high value and complex personal injury matters involving employers liability and road traffic accidents. Jane joined Greenwoods in 2010 and continues in her role of handling large loss cases and supervising a team of lawyers. Notable cases include: Harding v Wealands (House of Lords) (2006) 3WLR 83: Acted for the
