Dorothy joined Greenwoods' London Market Office as a partner in 2009. She qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has worked continually for the insurance industry since then.

Dorothy advises on a variety of personal injury claims mainly employer's and public liability, many of which are multi party actions. She has extensive experience in dealing with contractual indemnity clauses and a specialist involvement in stress and harassment claims working closely with employment lawyers to advise on strategy.

Dorothy has represented a number of major UK companies and provides assistance on the litigation process, defence of a claim and the preventative measures. She has lectured on occupational stress, accident investigation and civil procedure.
