John has spent his whole professional life either working for or on behalf of insurers. After 12 years in a number of claims technical and managerial roles for a major composite insurer, he moved to a leading firm of loss adjusters as a senior liability adjuster. John was admitted as a solicitor in 2005 and joined Greenwoods in the same year having completed his training at another London based insurance practice. With this background, having been insurer, adjuster and now solicitor, John brings a unique perspective to claims resolution in the Property, Insurance & Construction Group at Greenwoods. John advises on all classes of property related loss including, in particular, fire and flood claims, engineering and construction disputes and geotechnical claims including subsidence. John also advises insurers on policy coverage matters. John is a member and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute. In his spare time John enjoys cycling, running and (open water)
