Tim, who is based in the Milton Keynes office, leads the Criminal Defence team. Tim has undertaken criminal defence work since 1992 and now specialises in all aspects of road traffic and transport law representing both private individuals and company officers. He has a particular interest in road haulage law. Tim is routinely instructed to represent clients following major road traffic incidents and has considerable expertise in dealing with fatal accidents. Tim regularly advises the insured driver at the police station and is an experienced criminal advocate representing clients before the Magistrates Court and at Coroner’s Inquests. In addition, Tim specialises in all aspects of regulatory work (including Food Safety, Trading Standards, Health and Safety and Environmental Law). In his spare time Tim’s interests include rugby (although his playing days are now over) and in particular the fortunes of the Northampton Saints. |
