Karen Mann | Details: |
Karen is head of the Counter Fraud Group at Greenwoods. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1998 having previously qualified as a legal executive. She specialises in personal injury law and deals with high value PI claims, credit hire and motor insurance fraud. In recent years Karen has made the natural progression from the credit hire field into motor insurance fraud and is actively engaged in advising and training clients on how to tackle claims which appear to arise from contrived, staged or induced accidents. She also provides guidance on low velocity impact claims and those involving bogus passengers. Her interests include attending race meetings, travel and abseiling. |
