Paul has been involved in all aspects of Insurance work since 1978 including motor, EL/PL, property, indemnity and HSE. In recent years, however, he has concentrated on working with clients to develop effective and innovative early commercial resolution of claims through mediation or consensual conduct. Paul has been involved in many very high-value claims, usually resulting from catastrophic injury, and instrumental in developing and formulating approaches to claims handling, which avoid the unnecessary cost and delay, often associated with Court process. |
