Greenwoods Hires Personal Injury Team from Edwards Duthie
Greenwoods Solicitors, the leading insurance law practice, has taken on the defendant personal injury team from Edwards Duthie.
Chris Crook joins as a senior litigation partner. In 1976, he joined Edwards, Son and Noice (now Edwards Duthie). He is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, where he sits as an assessor; he is a founder member of the Bodily Injury Claims Management Association (BICMA) and is a co-author of the Practitioners Guide which accompanies the Rehabilitation Code of Best Practice.
Mark Cody joins Greenwoods as an associate partner. He joined Edwards, Son and Noice as a partner in 1995. Mark deals with cases of high value and complexity and has wide ranging experience of motor, EL, PL and property related litigation including fires and subsidence.
Michael Cole also joins Greenwoods as associate partner. He specialises in defendant motor, EL and PL claims for insurers, notably on cases involving injuries of maximum severity. In addition, Michael has represented the insured at the Coroners, Magistrates and Crown Courts.
