The LexisNexis Visualfiles Awards for Innovation 2007 took place as part of the annual User Conference at the London Hilton Metropole on the evening of the 4th December. The top prize was scooped by Greenwoods Solicitors who impressed the voting audience with their innovative use of Visualfiles to provide relevant and timely information to the right people at the right time.
Greenwoods Solicitors, a market-leading insurance law firm, with 150 staff across four offices, use Visualfiles firm wide. They have long held the philosophy that Visualfiles should not only deal with the day-to-day running of cases but should also be the hub of the case handler's activities. Seeing the timely delivery of information to their staff as key to their success, they have worked hard to provide relevant and timely information to the right people at the right time.
Greenwoods aim was to provide their case handlers access to their performance statistics to help them better manage their time and achieve their targets. They also wanted their case handlers to be able to access a suite of reports covering different aspects of Client and Matter data. Finally, they wanted to apply security to the reports and performance statistics to ensure that the right information was only given to the right people.
As a result of their endeavors, Greenwoods have seamlessly extended Visualfiles to meet the needs of the business.
