MoJ - ARE YOU READY FOR THE CHANGE?
The Ministry of Justice claims process for RTA cases under £10,000 will be implemented on 30th April 2010 fundamentally changing the way these motor claims will be handled.
Now that there is greater certainty regarding the final detail of the new process, Greenwoods are finalising their own operating systems to ensure the smooth running of the new process.
