From the M56 Motorway:
Leave the M56 at Junction 3A towards Princess Parkway, A5103. Continue straight on, (signposted Manchester City Centre, Didsbury) for approximately a mile. At the traffic lights, continue straight on (signposted City Centre) along Princess Road, entering Manchester. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit into Medlock Street, A5103 (signposted City Centre, G Mex Centre).

After half a mile, continue straight on at the traffic lights into Lower Mosley Street. After 160 meters bear left into Windmill Street, then continue on to Mount Street.

After 225 meters turn left into Lloyd Street then immediate right (30 meters) into Albert Square. Continue straight on into Cross Street for 145 meters and turn right into King Street. After 190 meters, turn Right into Spring Gardens until the crossroads with Charlotte Street and Mosely Street.

Arrive at 57 Spring Gardens.

From Manchester Piccadilly Station:
Leave at the South of the station by the taxi rank and turn right into Fairfield Street, B6469. After 400 meters turn right into Sackville Street, then turn right into Portland Street, A5103, after 500 meters. Turn left into Charlotte Street after 100 meters and continue straight on the crossroads with Spring Gardens and Mosely street.

Arrive at 57 Spring Gardens.
