From the M1 atJ14 take the A509 to the Northfield roundabout, continue on the A509 (H5) and proceed straight on at the Pineham and the Pagoda roundabouts. Turn left at the North Overgate roundabout onto Overgate and proceed to Cricket Green roundabout. Turn right to go back up Overgate, take next left turn into Eskan Court, you have arrived at your destination.

From the A421 on approach into Milton Keynes continue on the A421 (H8) Standing Way proceeding on the H8 (passing MK General Hospital) to Marina roundabout. Turn left on to the B4034 (V8) Marlborough Street. Proceed on this road until you reach the Belvedere roundabout, turn right on to (H5) Portway (A509), go straight on across next roundabout at North Skeldon andproceed to North Overgate roundabout. Take right turn to Cricket Green roundabout, turn right and proceed back up Overgate. Take next left turn into Eskan Court.
