Low-value claims
In low-value matters where a rapid resolution is the focus, we will channel the case through our high-volume, low-cost processes, supported by our efficient case management tools. We take early control of the claim to drive it to a swift and appropriate conclusion which will typically be by negotiated settlement but will, on occasion, and only where there is really no more suitable option, involve the courts. This approach ensures that claims are concluded at the appropriate level at the earliest opportunity and with the commercial outcome paramount.

Multi-track claims
Our highly skilled teams of experienced lawyers will bring the appropriate level of knowledge to bear on these claims. Though the commercial considerations at this level may be different to those applicable to low-value claims, the Greenwoods approach remains one of early assessment with a view to a strategy being put in place to bring the claim to a conclusion at the earliest realistic time and at an appropriate level.
