At Greenwoods we work with independent health and safety consultants to assess the risks in a company and to recommend remedial action or new procedures.
We also provide pre-merger and acquisition advice, conducting health and safety audits for companies considering buying or entering into an important working relationship with another company. Clients need to be assured that the planned merger or relationship will not involve them in significant risks. We will review trading practices, contract terms, health and safety policies and procedures, accident records, RIDDOR reporting, pending prosecutions, outstanding enforcement notices, antecedent convictions and the potential effect of any pending legislation.
