Having previously held positions within manufacturing and retail companies, Julie Addis joined Greenwoods in 2007 as Human Resources Manager becoming the Firm’s first Human Resources Director in 2010. She leads the team of HR professionals from the Milton Keynes office.
Julie has been a member of the CIPD since 1998 and in 2008 became a member of the British Psychological Society. Recent initiatives include becoming a signatory to the Law Society Diversity and Inclusion Charter, implementing an Apprenticeship scheme in conjunction with Milton Keynes College and working with the Management Board on Greenwoods membership of The Prince’s Trust Insurance Leadership Group. Julie’s next focus is on upgrading the Firm’s Investors in People recognition to Gold standard.
Outside of work Julie’s spends time with her family but travels when she can, discovering new places with excellent food and wines and generally enjoying the outdoors.
