Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and joined Greenwoods Property Insurance and Construction Group in 2010 as an Associate Partner based at the London Market Office.
He has widespread experience of Professional Indemnity claims with emphasis on loss of chance claims. Simon has undertaken a variety of work in relation to brokers – including advising upon pensions mis-selling losses, negligence claims and disclosure obligations to third parties. He has experience of general policy coverage, water damage, theft and property damage claims and has completed secondments with two leading insurers where he advised on a range of domestic and international claims.

Interests
Outside of work Simon enjoys golf with a handicap of 9. When he has a free moment from family taxi duties he supports Wales and Cardiff on the rugby field and Liverpool FC at football.
