Steven heads up the Liability Insurance Group at Greenwoods. Admitted in 1987, he deals with the full ambit of liability claims including employers liability, public liability, industrial disease and defending Health and Safety Executive prosecutions.

He also has an increasing caseload of products cases, the majority of which have an international element.

Steve joined Greenwoods in 2005, recognising the opportunity of working with other like-minded, innovative lawyers.

Becoming a CEDR recognised mediator in 1999, he has lectured on the subject throughout the country and uses all forms of ADR within his practice. He was the chair of FOIL’s special interest group on ADR between 1999-2004, forging closer links with APIL.

He has published works on Health and Safety law and ADR.
