Charles is Head of our Motor Claims department. Having trained and qualified in 1992, handling a general litigation caseload with an increasing focus on personal injury, he joined Greenwoods as a partner in January 2001. In addition to heading up Motor Claims, he also now has responsibility for Human Resources and is a member of the Management Board.
Charles was responsible for the development of the firm’s successful high-volume delegated authority teams. He is a nominated member of catastrophic injury panels for three major clients and has a special interest in handling catastrophic spinal and brain injury claims.

Interests
Charles suffers from deafness induced by too many years of loud rock music, has a blind faith in Arsenal FC, continues to besmirch cricket fields with a bowling average considerably higher than his batting and has helped destroy many of the finest golf courses in the UK with his unique agricultural playing style. He is currently very much enjoying the delights of helping his baby daughter explore her new world.
